Rare earth ferrosilicon magnesium alloy is a molten alloy using ferrosilicon, calcium, magnesium and rare earth as raw materials with adjusting the proportion ratio of them to the best range. It has a very efficient effect of deoxidation and desulfuration. Ferrosilicon, Lanthanum-Cerium Mish metal, Rare earth silicon and magnesium are the main raw materials.

It has a very efficient effect of deoxidation and desulfuration. Ferrosilicon, Lanthanum-Cerium Mish metal, Rare earth silicon and magnesium are the main raw materials.

Nodulizer with 4%, 5%, 5.5% of Mg is low magnesium nodulizer, RE is between 1% and 2%, which is mostly used for medium frequency furnace melting and low sulfur iron solution nodulizing process. It has the advantages of mild nodulizing reaction and easy sufficient absorption of nodulizing elements. 6%, 7% of Mg belongs to medium magnesium nodulizer series, mostly used in dual Cupola-Electric furnace melting, or pearlitic casting shape ductile iron castings melted by intermediate frequency furnace. According to the thickness of casting wall and sulfur content of the base iron, determining the appropriate amount of nodulizer, widely used. High magnesium series of nodulizer is suitable for cupola melting, liquid iron with 0.06%-0.09% of sulfur content. Low aluminum nodulizer is used in castings that are prone to subcutaneous porosity defects and castings that have special requirements for aluminum content in liquid iron. Nodulizer containing pure Ce or pure La, after nodulizing processing, pure liquid iron, little impurities, graphite ball is uniformly round.
